Did Calibrate remove the $1,649 enrollment fee?
Yes. As of 2026 Calibrate charges a $199/mo program fee across a three-month minimum commitment, $597 in total, billed as three monthly installments rather than one upfront charge, then month to month. The old one-time enrollment fee is gone. Medication and lab tests are both billed separately.
What's the weight-loss guarantee?
Calibrate returns 50% of your paid membership fees if you do not reach 10% weight loss. Its guarantee page sets four gates before that applies: you must complete 12 consecutive months of the program, have self-paid rather than come through an employer or insurance program, not have taken any prescription weight-loss medication in the 12 months before signing up, and have met the Calibrate Commitment from month two onward. The refund excludes the cost of medication, labs and discounts, so it is calculated on membership fees alone.
Are the lab tests and smart scale included?
The smart scale is: it arrives in the Welcome Kit at no extra charge, along with the Calibrate app. Lab tests are not. The pricing page states that lab tests and prescription medications are not included in the membership cost, and the FAQ adds that labs and prescription fees are the member's responsibility under their own insurance plan. What the $199 covers is the 20-minute clinician visit that reviews your lab work, not the lab work itself.
