How We Make Money

When you click on a "Visit" button or affiliate link on our site and subsequently sign up for a telehealth provider's service, we may earn a referral commission from that provider. This commission comes from the provider — you pay nothing extra. The price you pay is the same whether you click through our link or go directly to the provider's website.

How This Affects Our Rankings

Our rankings and scores are based on our own independent research and editorial judgment. We evaluate providers on cost, safety, clinical support quality, medication availability, and insurance acceptance. We do not accept payment in exchange for higher rankings. Some providers on our site are not affiliate partners at all — we include them because they are relevant to consumers comparing GLP-1 options.

That said, we want to be transparent: the affiliate revenue we earn helps us maintain this site, fund our research, and keep our content free for consumers. We would not be able to operate without it.
