Fridays' October 8 pricing page advertises annual-plan equivalents of $99/month for compounded semaglutide with FOREVER12 and $198/month for compounded tirzepatide with FOREVER500. These require prepayment, not monthly billing. The exact upfront invoices and shipping charges were not confirmed.
Signature plans include medication, provider care and coaching without a separate membership fee. Wegovy's $49 first-month offer is membership only; medication costs extra. Does a Fridays discount carry over to the next payment?
It depends on the offer. The general payment agreement limits discounts to the first payment, while the separate Forever Pricing terms protect an enrolled product's rate during continuous membership. Cancellation or patient-requested changes can forfeit that rate; provider-directed changes have different protections. Confirm the offer that applies to you and its renewal amount before paying.

- The October 8 annual offers use FOREVER12 for semaglutide and FOREVER500 for tirzepatide. The displayed $279/$389 reference amounts do not verify standalone monthly checkout prices. The August 24 help schedule lists $249/$359 monthly; ask which current schedule applies.
- Payment interval
- Annual monthly equivalents are rounded advertising figures, not verified invoices. Multi-month plans require prepayment. Save the exact total due today, shipping charge and renewal interval; do not infer the invoice by multiplying a rounded rate.
- Medication versus membership
- Wegovy's $49 first month is membership only. The June 4 help schedule lists $149 monthly membership renewal, or annual membership totals of $948 for the pill and $1,180 for the pen. Medication costs extra and vary by dose. Confirm current terms separately from the compounded Signature bundle.
- Stopping the next charge
- Send cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled billing date. Mid-cycle cancellation generally does not earn a refund; the terms list limited exceptions, including medical disqualification before services begin and billing errors.

Does Fridays take insurance?
Fridays does not bill insurance for virtual visits, and its compounded GLP-1 medications are cash-pay. It does offer insurance-concierge and prior-authorization support for brand-name medication. Coverage and your out-of-pocket cost depend on your insurer and plan; help with coverage is not a guarantee of approval (official FAQ checked September 10, 2026).
Are there plan tiers with different levels of coaching?
Signature plans bundle medication, provider care and coaching. You choose the medication and billing term. The Wegovy pill and pen offers are different: their membership fee excludes medication, so compare both charges (pricing page checked September 12, 2026).
How do Fridays' month-to-month and annual prices differ?
The October 8 page advertises annual equivalents of $99/mo for semaglutide with FOREVER12 and $198/mo for tirzepatide with FOREVER500.
