You can download GLP-1 price data for 39 telehealth programs, each price with the date we checked it
Download our GLP-1 price data free as a CSV or JSON file. You can cite it in your own work, and you can share the files for non-commercial use when you credit GLP-1 Picks.
Each row holds one program's advertised headline price with its billing terms, fees and the date we last confirmed it. The data covers the programs we review, not the whole US market, and it shows advertised prices, not checkout totals.

What is in the GLP-1 price dataset?
Each of the 39 rows records one program's advertised headline price, what that price includes, and when we last confirmed it.
- Coverage
- The 39 US telehealth GLP-1 programs we review and compare. Many other programs exist, so treat the data as a comparison set, not a market survey.
- One row
- One program: its headline amount in US dollars for one billing period, what kind of figure that is, its fees and our billing notes.
- Medicines
- Brand-name, compounded and mixed catalogues. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved (FDA).
- Row order
- Recorded amounts from lowest to highest, unconfirmed prices last. The order is not a quality rank.
- Links in the files
- Only our own review and pricing pages. The files carry no referral links.
- Referral fees
- Some programs pay us when you sign up through our site. A payment never changes a row, its order, a price record or a score (affiliate disclosure).
A headline price is not your checkout total. Before you compare two rows, read advertised_period_usd together with billing_period, price_kind and price_note.
Counts come from the files as published on this page. Our latest price check is October 18, 2026.
What does each column in the GLP-1 price data mean?
Both files carry the same 25 columns, and a blank or null value means we do not hold the figure, never zero.
rank- Row order: recorded amounts from lowest to highest, unconfirmed prices last. It is a sort position, not a quality rank or a recommendation.
provider- The program's name.
slug- Our identifier for the program, the same one every GLP-1 Picks URL uses.
type- The program's catalogue: Brand, Compounded or Both. It describes the program, not the product behind the headline price.
advertised_period_usd- The headline amount in US dollars for one billing period. Blank means we hold no confirmed figure.
price_kind- What kind of figure the amount is: from, monthly, flat, intro, prepaid, membership, medication-plus-fee, unverified-total or unconfirmed.
renews_at_usd- The charge after an introductory offer, matched within the same product line. We fill it only for introductory prices whose next charge we could verify. A blank is not a promise that the price stays the same.
price_verified_at- The date we last confirmed the stored headline price on the program's own page (YYYY-MM-DD).
accepts_insurance- Set to yes when the program accepts insurance for some of its care. It does not tell you what your own plan covers.
score- Our editorial methodology score out of 10. Read it together with the three score_assessment columns.
review_url- Our review of the program.
billing_period- Either month or 4-weeks. A four-week charge recurs 13 times a year, not 12. Blank means the period is unconfirmed.
displayed_price- The price text exactly as our pages show it.
price_note- Our billing notes: what the headline includes, what it leaves out and what it requires.
included_in_headline_stats- Always no. We do not average different medicines, formats and billing terms into one market price; the column stays so older scripts keep working.
price_qualification- The amount's plain-language label, such as Introductory offer or Total needs confirmation.
recurring_included_terms_recorded- Set to yes when the record documents recurring terms with consultation and shipping included. It does not prove equal doses, formats or a complete checkout total.
consultation_fee- The recorded consultation or care-fee terms. Blank means unknown, not free.
shipping_cost- The recorded shipping terms. Blank means unknown, not free.
pricing_url- Our plan-by-plan pricing page for the program.
score_assessment_state- How complete the evidence behind the score is: recorded-evidence, unreconciled, legacy-incomplete or unassessed.
score_assessment_label- The same assessment state in plain words.
score_assessment_note- What the score can and cannot tell you.
score_evidence_date- The date of the evidence behind the score assessment. It is not a new price check.
rank_basis- The rule behind the row order, repeated on every row.
The JSON file holds the same records with numbers as numbers, plus the license, the citation and these definitions, so a copy that leaves our site still explains itself.
How do we check each GLP-1 price?
We read each program's own pricing pages from a US server, and we move a stored price only after we confirm the change on the program's page.
- Where we read
- The program's own published pricing pages.
- How often
- A direct read twice a week and a full browser pass once a month, from a US server, so we see what a US visitor sees.
- When a price moves
- A reading flags a change only when two independent reads at least 24 hours apart agree. We then confirm the change on the program's page before the record moves.
- What the date means
price_verified_atis the date we last confirmed the stored headline price. When we update one of our pages, that is not a new price check.- What we don't do
- We don't buy the programs or complete checkout, so a row can't tell you your final bill.
Read how we score the programs in our editorial policy.
What can you do with the data under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0?
You can copy and share the data, whole or in part, for non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit GLP-1 Picks, link to the license and say if you changed anything.
- You can
- Copy and share the files, whole or in part, for non-commercial purposes, and adapt the data for your own non-commercial analysis.
- You must
- Credit GLP-1 Picks, link to the license and say if you changed anything.
- You can't
- Use the data mainly for commercial advantage or payment, or share a modified version of it.
- Outside the license
- You don't need the license for uses the law already allows without permission.
Want to publish a chart, a merged table or another use the license doesn't cover? Email thecompoundgroupco@gmail.com and we'll answer case by case.
We read the license deed and the legal code on creativecommons.org on October 16, 2026.
How should you cite the GLP-1 price data?
Credit GLP-1 Picks, name the dataset and its version, and link to the GLP-1 Price Index, where your readers can browse every record.
GLP-1 Picks. (2026). GLP-1 Telehealth Price Index 2026 (Version 4) [Data set]. CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. https://www.glp1picks.com/glp1-price-index
Then add the date you downloaded the file, because rows change when prices do. When you quote one price, keep its price_qualification and price_verified_at with it, so your reader knows what the figure covers and when we checked it.
The format follows APA's data set reference style, read on October 16, 2026, with the license where APA would name a separate publisher.
Questions about the GLP-1 price data
Does the dataset cover every GLP-1 program in the US?
It covers the 39 programs we review. Use it to compare those programs, not to size the whole market.
Does a row show what you will pay?
A row shows the program's advertised headline price and our notes on its terms. Your bill depends on your medicine, dose, plan length and any fees.
Are the compounded medicines in the data FDA-approved?
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. FDA says compounded drugs "should only be used in patients whose medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug."
We read FDA's page on unapproved GLP-1 drugs on October 16, 2026.
How often does the data change?
Whenever we confirm a change. The files serve the current records, and each row's price_verified_at tells you when we last confirmed that price.
Do referral fees change the data?
A referral fee never changes a row, its order, a price record or a score. Some programs pay us when you sign up through our site; read our affiliate disclosure.
