TrumpRx GLP-1 prices are the same as LillyDirect and NovoCare at every dose we checked
TrumpRx doesn't beat the makers' own self-pay prices: Zepbound starts at $299 a month, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo at $149, and the Wegovy pen at $199 for your first two fills.
What changes is the route. TrumpRx sends Lilly orders to LillyDirect and gives you a coupon for Novo Nordisk medicines at a retail pharmacy. You still need a prescription, and you pay cash outside your insurance.
- $299Zepbound at 2.5 mg, vial or KwikPen, the same as LillyDirect
- $149the Wegovy pill at 1.5 mg, the same as NovoCare
- $149Foundayo at 0.8 mg, the same as LillyDirect

Who can use TrumpRx for a GLP-1?
You can if you pay cash, have a valid prescription and live in the US.
Before you start on TrumpRx, check:
- You have a valid prescription for the exact medicine and dose. TrumpRx does not prescribe.
- You are a US resident aged 18 or older, as Novo Nordisk's TrumpRx terms require.
- You pay cash. Novo Nordisk's terms exclude government beneficiaries, and the money you spend does not count toward a deductible.
- If you have commercial insurance, compare your copay first. Lilly and Novo savings cards can bring a covered fill down to as little as $25.
- For Zepbound at 7.5 mg or more and Foundayo at 14.5 or 17.2 mg, you refill within 45 days to keep the lower price.
If you have Medicare Part D and qualify, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge charges $50 a month for Wegovy, Foundayo or Zepbound KwikPen, which costs less than any cash price here. See who qualifies for the Bridge.
Eligibility terms come from the TrumpRx Wegovy pill and Wegovy pen pages, read on October 17, 2026. Bridge terms: CMS.
Is a telehealth program cheaper than TrumpRx?
Not for brand-name medicine: a telehealth program charges the same medicine price and adds its own membership.
A program such as Hers or Ro bills the maker's medicine price plus a membership, so your monthly total sits above the TrumpRx or LillyDirect price. What you get for the fee is the prescription itself and ongoing care, which TrumpRx does not provide.
Our Wegovy pill guide and Foundayo guide show each program's full monthly total. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide cost less, from the prices on our cheapest GLP-1 list, but they are not FDA-approved.
