How should you read GLP-1 complaint numbers?

Read the newest complaints, not only the count.

A large program collects more complaints than a small one, so compare a count with how many customers the program serves.

An unanswered complaint says more than a resolved one. BBB grades fall when a business doesn't respond.

Trustpilot scores rise when a program invites its customers to review. Our reviews split invited and unprompted reviews where we have counted them, as on the Embody review.

FDA warning letters to telehealth companies so far concern marketing of compounded drugs. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved, whoever sells them.

Which GLP-1 telehealth company has the fewest complaints?

Start with the BBB grade, because complaint counts grow with the number of customers. On October 17, 2026, 8 programs held a BBB A or A+: Ro, Enhance MD, Sesame Care, Found, AgelessRx, PeterMD, Oak Longevity, Nu Image Medical. Then compare each one's count with how large the program is, and read the newest complaints before you pay.

Should a BBB F grade stop you from signing up?

It should make you read the complaints first. 7 programs were graded F on October 17, 2026, usually for complaints left unanswered. Look at what the newest complaints describe: billing disputes, slow support or medicine that never arrived.

What does an FDA warning letter to a telehealth company mean?

It means FDA found a violation, usually marketing that called a compounded drug the same as, or as safe as, an FDA-approved one. 9 programs here have one on record. A letter is not a finding that a dispensed batch was unsafe, and it stays on our list until FDA posts a close-out.

Are Trustpilot scores for GLP-1 programs reliable?

They're a signal, not a verdict. Many programs invite their customers to review, and invited reviews tend to score far higher than reviews people post on their own. A score from a few dozen reviews can swing with one week of posts.
