Gimme Care pricing: what each GLP-1 plan costs

Gimme Care lists one-month compounded GLP-1 plans at $160 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide. Longer plans lower the monthly equivalent but raise the commitment: six months works out to $714 for semaglutide and $894 for tirzepatide by our arithmetic, not an observed checkout bill.

Consultation, medication if prescribed, supplies, provider messaging and shipping are advertised as included. Confirm your first charge and renewal date for the plan you select. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and a licensed clinician decides whether treatment suits you.

How does a longer Gimme plan compare with staying monthly?

A longer plan costs less per month on paper, if you stay for the whole term.

If the one-month rate stayed the same, three months of semaglutide on the monthly plan would come to $480, against $390 on the three-month plan: $90 more. Over six months the gap is $246 ($960 against $714). For tirzepatide the same arithmetic gives $108 over three months and $300 over six.

The trade-off is the advertised term and how it is paid. A lower monthly equivalent covers a longer plan, and these differences assume the monthly rate does not change. Gimme allows cancellation, so before choosing a longer plan, confirm whether it is paid upfront and which charges are non-refundable if you stop early. The differences are not a promise of savings, a fixed first bill or a refundable trial.

What is included in Gimme Care's price?

Gimme's product pages advertise one price that covers care and medication.

Both product pages list consultation, medication if prescribed, injection supplies, shipping and ongoing support, with unlimited provider messaging and the same price at every dose. No separate membership fee is advertised. Gimme Care is the platform, not the dispensing pharmacy, so confirm who prescribes and who fills your prescription.

These are compounded injections, not Wegovy or Zepbound. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are sold.

Why does Gimme's homepage show a lower starting price?

Its GLP-1 campaign page advertises a lower six-month starting rate than either named product.

The campaign page advertises a six-month starting rate of $109 a month without naming the medication beside that price. The named product pages list $119 for semaglutide and $149 for tirzepatide on six months. Do not assume the generic headline applies to your prescription; confirm which offer you qualify for at checkout.

When are you billed for Gimme Care and how do you stop renewal?

Check the payment schedule for your plan; a refill interval is not a billing cycle.

Gimme describes refills shipped every 28 days. That shipping rhythm does not establish a 28-day charge. Gimme's FAQ describes the three-month semaglutide plan as billed every three months; we have not confirmed when the other longer plans are charged or renew. Before paying, confirm the amount due today, the next charge date and the renewal amount for the plan you select.

You manage the subscription in the patient portal. The shipping policy asks for support-assisted changes at least three business days before renewal. The refund policy allows cancellation before the pharmacy dispenses or ships medication; after that, medication sales are final. Stopping future renewals is not a refund of an existing order.
