Can you get a refund from GobyMeds?
You get a full refund if you cancel before the clinician's review, if the clinician declines you, or if the medication can't be dispensed. Cancel after the review and GobyMeds may keep a $50 consultation fee. Once the pharmacy dispenses or ships your medication, you can't cancel, return or get a refund (Terms of Service, checked October 18, 2026).
