What is included, and how often will I pay?
The pricing page includes medication, clinician review, ongoing support and shipping without a separate membership charge. Deliveries and renewals are every four weeks, which means 13 cycles in 52 weeks. The 50% discount applies to the first four weeks only. Confirm the selected duration before paying; longer prepaid plans have separate terms.
How do Luvo’s prepaid-plan refunds work?
Luvo says bundle refunds use the standard non-bundled price for shipments already received. Clinical services already rendered are non-refundable, and medication already ordered is outside the normal refund window. Cancellation requests need at least 72 hours before renewal. Read the cancellation terms before paying for a longer plan.
