How does Oak's billing work?
Our $167/mo compounded semaglutide record dates to September 3, 2026; it is not a current complete quote. Oak's terms, checked October 8, 2026, describe automatically renewing monthly and multi-month plans. Fees may change with dose, prescription or form, so do not assume a flat bill throughout titration. Cancellation through the portal, email or phone ends the plan at the close of the paid period, not with a refund of that period. After treatment is approved and prescribed and the order is sent to the pharmacy or fulfiller, that order is non-refundable even before shipment. Early exit from a multi-payment plan may recapture discounts on treatment received; prepaid plans describe an unshipped-month refund minus that adjustment. Provider-directed medical stops or changes have no early cancellation charge. Confirm the selected term and payment schedule before paying.
Does Oak still offer a new patient discount?
Its blog post on semaglutide pricing says new patients currently get $50 off the first month, taking compounded semaglutide from $180 to $130 and compounded tirzepatide from $250 to $199, checked 2026-09-03. It does not name the injectable brands or publish their prices. These listings lead to a general eligibility flow, not a verified preselected medication checkout. Confirm the exact product, prescribed dose, state availability and full bill. The historical $250 compounded oral quote is not an oral Wegovy price.
Is Oak Longevity safe?
Oak uses state-licensed physicians and licensed compounding pharmacies, standard for the category, and its product page says every compounded lot is third-party tested for potency and purity. Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved (they never are). The refund for patients who are not approved is a real consumer protection. The main caveat is thin disclosure: obesity-certified doctors are advertised but no clinician roster or credentials are published, a GLP-1-specific lab panel was not verified, although the terms describe laboratory-service pathways, and no founding date or named leadership appears anywhere on the site (rendered check 2026-09-03).
