How does Oak's no-subscription billing work?
Patients are billed monthly on a non-recurring basis, Oak does not auto-charge each month. You manually choose to renew payment when ready, with no penalty for skipping months. Three-month plans are billed upfront. This is the opposite of most telehealth platforms which auto-renew unless you cancel.
Does Oak still offer a $50-off promo code?
We have not re-verified the old OAKNEW50 promotion against the July 31, 2026 price check. The base prices we could verify were $119/mo for compounded semaglutide and $185/mo for compounded tirzepatide. Confirm any first-month code at checkout before relying on it.
Why is Oak's brand-name pricing so expensive?
Brand-name Wegovy at $1,500/mo and Zepbound at $1,350/mo are significantly above market. NovoCare lists Wegovy pen $199/mo for the first two 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg fills through December 31, 2026, then $349/mo at standard strengths or $399/mo for Wegovy HD; oral pill from $149/mo, dose-dependent; LillyDirect offers Zepbound vials starting at $299.
