Does Ro accept my insurance?
Ro lists insurance support for the Wegovy pen, Zepbound autoinjector pen and Ozempic. Coverage and pharmacy copays depend on your plan, and any manufacturer savings have separate eligibility rules. Ro Body membership is not covered by insurance. See Ro's insurance page for the supported products and exclusions.
How fast can I get my first prescription?
Ro says eligibility is reviewed within 2 days and advertises a first dose in less than a week if paying cash, or 1–2 weeks with insurance. These are Ro's estimates, not a guaranteed deadline; clinical review, lab testing, coverage and pharmacy availability can affect timing. Its program page distinguishes cash delivery from insured pharmacy pickup.
What happens if my insurance denies coverage?
Ro's insurance concierge handles prior-authorization paperwork for supported medications. If coverage is unavailable, Ro says a provider can suggest FDA-approved cash-pay alternatives. That is not a promise of an approved appeal, manufacturer assistance or an affordable final bill; membership remains a separate charge.
