GoodLife Health GLP-1 Review: Fees and Medication Costs

Public-source editorial review · Published October 6, 2026

GoodLife Health advertises a $299 monthly care membership, with $598 charged upfront for the first two months. Medication is a separate pharmacy bill, so $299 is not a complete GLP-1 treatment price. From month three, membership continues monthly. Its public lab terms conflict, so confirm any lab charges before enrolling. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate following lab work and a clinician consultation. Paying for membership does not guarantee medication.

Our commercial relationship does not determine the provider's quality or our editorial conclusions. No patient testing or clinician review is claimed. About our editorial approach.

This review covers GoodLife Health's public information. We did not enroll, test its treatment or independently verify patient outcomes. We have not assigned a clinical-quality score.

What will you pay first and at renewal?

The first payment covers two months of membership. It is not a $299 trial followed by another payment a month later. The advertised schedule is:

Initial membership term
$598 upfront for two months
Check: Exact charge date and what happens if a clinician declines treatment
Membership from month three
$299 per month, renewing until canceled
Check: Your next billing date and current cancellation terms
Medication
Paid separately to the pharmacy
Check: Your prescription, pharmacy quote and any coverage conditions
Laboratory work
Inclusion needs confirmation
Check: Which tests, draw fees and additional panels could be billed separately

The initial membership calculation is $299 × 2 = $598. We have not added an estimated medication price to create an apparent all-in total.

Does the membership include GLP-1 medication?

No. GoodLife Health's medical weight-loss page separates its care fee from the dispensing pharmacy's bill. The site lists branded pathways including Wegovy and Zepbound, subject to clinical assessment. It does not publish a universal drug price for every member. A manufacturer program or insurance benefit may affect your pharmacy bill, but availability and qualification must be checked for your prescription.

Get the pharmacy quote before comparing this membership with a medication-inclusive offer. A low pharmacy estimate is not a guaranteed ongoing price, and paying the care fee does not guarantee coverage.

What care does GoodLife Health describe?

GoodLife Health describes an intake questionnaire, clinician consultation, ordered lab work and ongoing care. When a clinician issues a prescription, the pharmacy fills and bills it separately. These are the provider's descriptions of its process, not a service-speed or treatment-outcome finding from our own experience.

This model is worth examining if you want to compare an ongoing care membership with other ways of accessing a prescribed medication. The public documents cannot establish whether the care is right for you. Ask who will manage your treatment, how to reach them and what happens if your clinical needs change.

Are laboratory tests included?

The documents do not give a consistent answer. The pricing page and terms section 5.3 say one comprehensive panel every 90 days is included, with additional tests charged separately. Section 7 of the same terms says labs are billed separately. We cannot resolve that contradiction from the public documents.

Before paying, ask GoodLife Health to confirm in writing which panel is included, where you can have it drawn, and whether collection fees or additional tests would be your responsibility. This review does not count lab coverage as confirmed.

Can you cancel, and is the initial payment refundable?

The membership terms describe cancellation from month three, stopping future billing at the next cycle. They say partial months are not prorated and the initial two-month payment is nonrefundable once that term begins, except as required by law. Cancellation and a refund are different questions.

Do not assume the initial payment is a refundable trial. Ask when the initial term begins and what policy applies if the clinician declines treatment. Save the terms and written answer attached to your enrollment.

What should you confirm before enrolling?

Use this short payment worksheet:

  • Today: the membership charge, covered dates and any separately payable tests.
  • Medication: the exact prescription, pharmacy and price you qualify for.
  • Renewal: the next membership billing date and any change in the pharmacy bill.
  • If treatment does not proceed: what is canceled, what is refundable and how to request it.

GoodLife Health's eligibility page describes the initial two-month commitment. Read it alongside the membership terms before continuing. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate following lab work and a clinician consultation.

What should you compare next?

Choose the next step for your question, not because another provider appears here. An alternative is not automatically cheaper, clinically suitable or better.

Educational information, not medical advice. Treatment eligibility and the right medication require an individual clinical assessment.
