Lttl's pricing page describes an asynchronous assessment, ongoing access to the care team, medication from a partner pharmacy and tracked shipping, including cold-chain delivery where needed. A licensed provider decides whether to prescribe.

These inclusions give you a useful checklist for comparing quotes. Ask whether your plan has any separate consultation or laboratory charge, how refills are authorized and how quickly the clinical team answers medication questions. An advertised shipping timeframe is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Lttl advertises that the price does not increase as the dose rises. That is a merchant promise about the applicable plan, not a substitute for its payment terms. A first-month discount and a dose-related price increase are different things.

Record the initial price, the next renewal amount and what happens when a promotion ends. If those are stable, the plan becomes easier to budget. If the quote changes across landing pages, ask which written offer your order uses before proceeding.

Start with a clinical discussion rather than the cheaper advertisement. Lttl's weight-loss program markets compounded versions of both drugs, but their suitability depends on medical history, current medication and the clinician's assessment.

Microdose and longevity products are separate categories on Lttl's site. A lower-dose plan should not be compared as if it were the same prescription at a discount. Ask what dose, route and evidence apply to the exact option recommended for you.

Lttl's pricing page says it does not bill insurance. It describes out-of-pocket payment and suggests checking with an HSA or FSA administrator about eligible expenses. That is not a guarantee that a particular account will reimburse the purchase.

If you already have coverage for a branded medicine, obtain that price before comparing it with a cash-pay compounded program. Include any care fee and the pharmacy cost in both totals.

Lttl says you can cancel through the account or by email to stop future shipments and charges. Pharmacy-processed orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Its policy also says consultation fees are generally nonrefundable after a clinician reviews the information, even if no prescription is issued.

For a damaged or incorrect delivery, the policy asks customers to contact support within seven days with the order details and photos. Do not use questionable medication while waiting for advice. Save both the checkout terms and the care team's contact details.
