Its semaglutide and tirzepatide pages publish a full four-tier grid above the buy button: semaglutide at $99/mo month-to-month, $89 on three months, $79 on six and $69 on a twelve-month plan billed $828 upfront, and tirzepatide at $149, $139, $129 and $119, with multi-month plans billed once and auto-renewing for the same length. The homepage leads the 12-month rates against struck-through comparison prices of $299 and $399. Read the refund policy before the price: payment is final and non-refundable at the moment of purchase, and multi-month plans are non-refundable in whole and in part, so the grid is a committed spend rather than a monthly bill. The terms also refer to non-refundable medical consult fees and warn the final charge may vary by medication and pharmacy. Shipping is free at a stated 1-2 days.
