The $69 headline is not a flat verified checkout price. The public catalogue lists $79/$129 for one month and $69/$119 monthly equivalents on twelve-month prepay ($828/$1,428). A separate promotion advertises $69/$119 flat monthly, while the still-published April 24 terms list different introductory and fixed-price programs.
