The short decision

Which should you choose?

Willow is the clearer starting point if you want a published monthly bundle with medication, physician access and shipping. Nu Image Medical lists lower starting prices for some formulations, but its $99 semaglutide headline requires a 12-month supply and its complete bill remains unverified. Both advertise compounded injections and dissolving tablets. Compare the exact prescription and supply period before treating the headline numbers as equivalent.

Is Nu Image Medical cheaper than Willow?

Nu Image advertises semaglutide injections from $99 per month for a 12-month supply, semaglutide rapid-dissolve tablets from $269, tirzepatide injections from $289 and tirzepatide tablets from $314. These are starting offers; payment cadence, dose-specific totals and included fees still need confirmation.

Willow's FAQ advertises a monthly bundle from $299 and says cost varies by dosage and prescription. A Nu Image annual-supply equivalent and a Willow monthly plan are different commitments. Request the same medication, formulation, dose, supply length and total payment from each provider before choosing on cost.

Are either provider's dissolving tablets FDA-approved?

No. Both list compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide tablets. Nu Image calls its versions rapid-dissolve tablets; Willow describes sublingual tablets. These descriptions do not establish equivalent absorption or clinical performance. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

Ask the prescriber what evidence supports the exact formulation. Do not transfer trial results for an approved injection to a compounded tablet, or treat these products as the approved Wegovy pill. If approved medication is essential to you, compare a separate brand-name access route.

Which program explains care and pharmacy access more clearly?

Nu Image's terms identify Wellness Provider Group and name Absolute Pharmacy LLC, Belmar Pharma Solutions, The Pharmacy Hub and Tailor Made Compounding. The pharmacy assigned to a particular GLP-1 prescription remains unconfirmed. Its public pages do not establish a GLP-1-specific medical director, included video visit or required lab panel.

Willow describes physician messaging and included shipping in its monthly bundle. Its FAQ lists served states and warns that prescription products vary by state. Published support access is useful for comparing the service, but it does not prove treatment effectiveness. Confirm your clinician, pharmacy and exact product with either program.

How do cancellation and refund rules differ?

Nu Image requires cancellation through your account at least 48 hours before renewal. Purchases generally are final; damaged or defective products have a seven-day reporting process for replacement. Its separate WAYT-less guarantee is not a GLP-1 refund promise.

Willow asks for cancellation at least two business days before the next processing date. Its FAQ describes a refund when cancellation occurs before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Neither rule means you can use part of a dispensed prescription and receive a refund for the remainder.

Nu Image Medical vs Willow: common questions

Should I choose Nu Image Medical or Willow for oral GLP-1 treatment?

Both list compounded dissolving tablets, not FDA-approved finished products. Compare the formulation evidence, prescriber and complete price first. Willow publishes bundle inclusions; Nu Image lists lower starting tablet prices, but its total bill needs confirmation.

Does Nu Image Medical's $99 offer beat Willow's monthly price?

The $99 advertised monthly rate requires a 12-month semaglutide injection supply. Willow's FAQ describes a monthly bundle from $299. They are not equivalent payment commitments; compare the same prescription, supply period and complete invoice.
