Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for Willow?
Yes. Willow's FAQ says you can pay for prescriptions with an HSA or FSA card at checkout. Willow does not bill insurance directly, and its help center adds that you can pay out of pocket and submit receipts to your insurer for possible reimbursement, which depends on your plan and deductible (checked 2026-09-03).
Does Willow offer brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound?
No. Willow is a compounded-only platform; it does not prescribe FDA-approved brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, or Mounjaro. For brand-name access, Hims and Hers list Wegovy pill medication from $149 and the pen from $199, plus a required $39 first-month/$149 ongoing membership; the lowest all-in path is $188 initially and $298/mo ongoing.
What's the difference between the oral and injectable compounded semaglutide?
Both start at $299/mo. The oral form is a dissolving tablet taken once daily under the tongue, while the injectable is the traditional once-weekly subcutaneous injection. The prices diverge as the dose climbs: the tablet goes to $399/mo above 12 mg and the injection to $399/mo at 7 mg. Efficacy expectations favor the injectable, but oral works well for users with needle aversion.
Is there a long-term commitment or contract?
No. Willow is month-to-month with no contract and no cancellation fee.
