Willow's recorded starting prices are $299/month for compounded semaglutide and $399/month for compounded tirzepatide. The medication, formulation and prescribed dose can change the price. The starting number is not a promise of the same charge at every dose.
Willow says its program includes medication, medical evaluation, ongoing care and shipping. The dose-level prices below retain their September 3 verification date; confirm the current price for your prescription. Oral and injectable formulations are different products, even when their starting prices match.

When could your Willow bill differ from the starting price?
Check the prescribed formulation and dose, then the pharmacy arrangement. The standard treatment program bundles medication and care, but using a pharmacy outside Willow's partners changes the bill.
- Your prescribed product
- Use the relevant tablet or injection schedule above. Equal starting prices do not mean every later dose costs the same.
- Your own pharmacy
- Willow's FAQ says a platform fee applies when you use your own pharmacy, and you pay that pharmacy for medication separately. Ask for both amounts; the FAQ does not quote the platform fee.
- Processing, not delivery
- The program renews automatically. Request cancellation at least two business days before the next processing date. The FAQ offers a full refund before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy, not an unconditional refund after shipment.

Insurance reimbursement is a separate question: its help center permits receipt submission, while its terms and consent say users will not submit insurance claims. These sources conflicted when accessed October 8, 2026. Get written clarification before expecting reimbursement.
Does Willow offer brand-name Wegovy or Zepbound?
