The pricing page checked October 8, 2026 lists separate Subscribe and Save offers: semaglutide $149 for month one then $165, and tirzepatide $193 then $214. Its table also lists $190/$239 first-month options. Prepaid semaglutide is $399 for three months, $714 for six or $1,188 for twelve; tirzepatide is $627, $1,194 or $2,148. Those are distinct commitments, not interchangeable monthly bills. The table shows a $25 renewal credit on those table plans; do not subtract it again from the separately advertised Subscribe and Save renewal. Confirm the selected offer and full bill before paying.
How do I cancel HealthRX?
The refund policy and FAQ direct you to email support. They describe refunds for unshipped doses, subject to processing and dispensing conditions; prescription products cannot be returned after dispensing and sales are final after shipment. Account-management wording does not establish a one-click cancellation function. Keep written confirmation of cancellation and any refund decision.
