How much does TrimRx cost after the first order?
TrimRx's advertised starting prices differ from the first-order and follow-up charges in its terms. Confirm which schedule applies to your plan before paying; the lowest advertised figure is not a verified recurring total.

Can I cancel and get a refund?
Request cancellation through your TrimRx account or support. Before prescription transmission to the pharmacy, the order is cancelled and any applicable refund follows the policy. After transmission, that order continues to fulfillment; cancellation applies to future unfilled orders. A refund request is separate from cancellation and generally must be made within 28 days of payment, except where the policy or law provides otherwise. Medical disqualification and billing errors caused by TrimRx qualify for full refunds. For prepaid multi-month plans, request the unused portion attributable to future unfilled orders within that 28-day window; cancellation alone does not refund it. The shipping policy checked September 3 also allows a refund request if medication has not shipped within 14 days, regardless of medical-review status. How much does TrimRx actually cost?
Three TrimRx pages give three answers, all checked 2026-09-03. The offer page checked September 3 showed $149 for GLP-1 and $249 for GLP-1 + GIP. The homepage shows $179 and $259. The terms list GLP-1 at $199 for the first month then $299, and GLP-1 + GIP at $349 then $399. Compounded oral versions are $179 and $330 on its brand pages, and brand packages are listed at $1,149 and $1,249. Confirm the medication, the first charge and every refill charge at checkout.
Does TrimRx offer tirzepatide as well as semaglutide?
Yes. TrimRx sells a dual-agonist product it labels 'GLP-1 + GIP', and its terms describe that package as compounded tirzepatide. The terms price it at $349 for the first month and $399 after, while the offer page checked September 3 showed $249. An oral tirzepatide package is listed at $330 on its Zepbound and Mounjaro pages. Note that TrimRx never names semaglutide on a sales page: it sells that product as 'GLP-1' with the active ingredient found in Ozempic and Wegovy. Confirm the prescribed ingredient and price before payment.
Why did TrimRx's score fall to 5.3?
Our legacy base was 8.3. On August 14, 2026, BBB rated TrimRx F and not accredited with 728 unanswered and 221 unresolved complaints, and Trustpilot showed 3.6/5 with 32% one star, a rating that still held across 5,632 reviews when we checked on 2026-09-03. Paid-without-medication, billing and fulfillment complaints recur across both sources, meeting the published threshold for a -3.0 fulfillment modifier. Affiliate status and payout do not affect the score.
What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?
Less than a guarantee. TrimRx's shipping policy says its team will investigate with the shipping carrier and the pharmacy, and that when appropriate it may arrange a replacement shipment. No free-replacement promise appears on that page (checked 2026-09-03). The one firm right the policy does give you is a refund request if your medication has not shipped within 14 days of the order, whatever the status of your medical review.
