TrimRx's start page advertises compounded GLP-1 from $149/mo and GLP-1 + GIP from $249/mo. Its public terms show a different structure: $199 for the first compounded GLP-1 month and $299 for follow-up, or $349 for the first GLP-1 + GIP month and $399 for follow-up. Because TrimRx's own pages do not agree, confirm the medication, plan length, first charge and refill charge before authorizing payment.

The dated Trustpilot scores are close. Embody showed 3.8/5 across 8,121 reviews on September 20, 2026, including merged-profile reviews; TrimRx showed 3.6/5 across 5,632 on September 3. Neither rating measures clinical quality, and the two snapshots are not simultaneous.

Both providers advertise compounded semaglutide and compounded GLP-1 + GIP injections. Embody's former oral tirzepatide gum was absent from its September 3 catalogue. Embody names four fulfillment partners: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Naming a pharmacy does not prove the quality of a dispensed product, but it gives a reader a concrete party to verify.
The practical difference is commitment and price certainty. Embody publishes a plan-length menu and says the selected plan rate holds within that term. TrimRx publishes several conflicting price structures across its start page, alternate landing and terms. Whichever provider you consider, ask for the exact total, refill cadence, pharmacy and cancellation consequences in writing. Compounded finished products are not FDA approved and should not be treated as equivalent to an approved brand.
