Cancellation
Cancel online before the 21-day trial ends to avoid the $199 annual charge. A paid membership continues through its current annual period and is generally non-refundable with no partial-period refund. Products and services are otherwise non-refundable except at CollectiveOS's discretion. If no prescription is issued, the medication order is cancelled and the medication is not charged.

  • Pending federal enforcement against the parent company: on July 29, 2026 the FTC, joined by Utah and by California acting through Los Angeles County Counsel, sued Hims & Hers Health, Inc. in the Northern District of California over subscription billing, cancellation friction and sharing consumer health information with advertising platforms. Cancellation
Hers' [weight-loss terms](https://www.forhers.com/terms-and-conditions) require cancellation at least two days before the originally scheduled billing date. Use My Subscriptions in your account or its Customer Help Center. Canceling medication alone leaves membership active; canceling membership also ends its medication plan. After a prepaid supply ships, membership charges can continue until that supply period ends. The first membership month and shipped medication are nonrefundable. Gifthealth-billed medication has separate cancellation and refund rules.
