What do the starting prices actually require?
GobyMeds advertises $99 and $133 monthly headlines, but the starter purchases are $299 upfront for 12 weeks of semaglutide and $399 upfront for 12 weeks of tirzepatide, not monthly installments. Single-month options start at $169 for semaglutide and $299 for tirzepatide, subject to the prescribed plan; higher-dose bundles can cost more. The page still shows a JUMPSTART promotion with a December 31, 2025 expiry, so this comparison does not treat that discount as current.
SnagRx charges $99 for one month of semaglutide or $149 for one month of tirzepatide. It lowers the monthly equivalent as the prepaid term grows, reaching $69 and $119 only on twelve-month purchases. For a starter, GobyMeds asks for more up front but covers twelve weeks; SnagRx asks for less today on the monthly plan but renews automatically.

How do reorder and cancellation rules differ?
GobyMeds uses manual reorders. For qualifying clinical non-approval, an uncaptured hold is released or captured payment refunded without a consultation fee, subject to the policy's conditions. Voluntary cancellation after review costs are incurred may carry $50 or another disclosed fee. Once pharmacy processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed; after dispensing or release for fulfillment, the medication portion is generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable, subject to stated exceptions and applicable law. Ask support to confirm your order's stage.
SnagRx is a recurring subscription. Cancellation stops a future renewal but returns nothing already paid. Its refund policy and terms publish different notice windows, so use the earlier five-day cutoff. More to watch for
- Cancellation normally stops future renewal without refunding the prepaid term. The terms say to cancel at least 5 days before the period ends; the refund policy says 72 hours before billing. Confirm the cutoff and keep written confirmation
- The product pages advertise included evaluation, but the terms allow the charge to vary by medication or pharmacy. A non-refundable consultation clause does not prove an extra mandatory fee; confirm your total before payment
- Payment is final and non-refundable at the moment of purchase, before a clinician has read your intake, and multi-month plans are sold as a single indivisible purchase that is non-refundable in whole and in part. The one exception is a provider ruling you medically ineligible, and even then the value of services already rendered is deducted
- No individual clinician is named. SnagRx says in a homepage FAQ that it has a medical director who is a practising physician, and its footer names OpenLoop Health as the treating network, but no provider name, licence number, lab requirement or video-visit detail is published
