Two refund exceptions apply: if a physician in Hume's clinical network finds you ineligible for any treatment after your initial evaluation, Hume refunds that membership period within 10 business days, and an included device does not reduce the refund; if Hume ends a prepaid membership without cause, it refunds the unused portion.

- Sesame runs three separate routes under one brand: the Success by Sesame weight loss subscription, EverydayRx for diabetes, and one-off visits from $34. Check which one you are signing up for before you pay.
- The $59/mo Success by Sesame rate applies only on a 12-month commitment. The 3-month plan works out near $79/mo and the 6-month near $69/mo from the savings the FAQ publishes.
