  • The terms carry a mandatory arbitration clause and a class action waiver, with a written opt-out available within 30 days of first accepting them
  • Prepaid six- and twelve-month plans do not auto-renew, but that does not make an early exit refundable. A fresh provider check-in is required for another plan; monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically (terms checked October 8, 2026)
