What to watch for with SkinnyRx and TrimRx

SkinnyRx

  • Every advertised price is a first month rate and SkinnyRx does not publish what month two costs. Its terms say the renewal rate is described at checkout, and that discounts may be reversed if you cancel before the end of a promotional or committed term.
  • SkinnyRx names its medical director, Sajad Zalzala, M.D., and names AyaRx as the telemedicine partner behind its medical services, but it does not name the compounding pharmacy that fills prescriptions and it publishes no founders or executive team.

The September 22 terms allow renewal processing up to five days before the next period and require cancellation at least five days before the applicable renewal-processing date. They include non-refundable fees, return-before-refund conditions and possible reversal of promotional discounts. Product FAQs use simpler cancellation/refund wording. Ask support for the exact deadline, refund eligibility and any return requirement in writing before paying; canceling is not a guaranteed refund.

  • TrimRx lists brand Wegovy and Ozempic at $1,149 and brand Zepbound and Mounjaro at $1,249 as in stock, while the footer on those same pages says it does not sell, dispense or ship any branded medication and that you are responsible for filling the prescription at your own pharmacy and cost. Its compounded products are not FDA-approved finished products.
  • No insurance billing, so treat the monthly price as a pure cash-pay number. TrimRx does accept HSA and FSA cards among its payment methods
  • An offer page checked September 3 promised weight loss or your money back while also disclaiming guaranteed results. TrimRx does not publish a served-state count or a state list. Its terms say products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States and that no international orders are shipped (verified 2026-09-03).
Cancellation
Request cancellation through your TrimRx account or support. Before prescription transmission to the pharmacy, the order is cancelled and any applicable refund follows the policy. After transmission, that order continues to fulfillment; cancellation applies to future unfilled orders. A refund request is separate from cancellation and generally must be made within 28 days of payment, except where the policy or law provides otherwise. Medical disqualification and billing errors caused by TrimRx qualify for full refunds. For prepaid multi-month plans, request the unused portion attributable to future unfilled orders within that 28-day window; cancellation alone does not refund it. The shipping policy checked September 3 also allows a refund request if medication has not shipped within 14 days, regardless of medical-review status. Keep written confirmation of both cancellation and any refund request.
