GLP-1 Black Friday offers: what you pay and when they end

Only two of these six GLP-1 updates are sales with an end date: CoreAge Rx's six-month offer with payment choices, and Embody's yearly-plan sale. MEDVi lowered its first month, welludr. calls its prices a sale without giving an end date, Fridays prices its annual plans with promo codes, and Gala announced a lower everyday price.

Before you look at a monthly equivalent, compare what you pay today, how long you commit and what the next charge will be. Terms we could not confirm are labelled as such. Availability depends on the program and your state, and a sale does not mean a prescription is right for you.

Updated November 4, 2026. We read the merchants' own pages between October 8, 2026 and November 4, 2026. Figures marked as announced come from the Katalys program update of November 3, 2026.

Which GLP-1 offers are Black Friday promotions?

CoreAge Rx and Embody give end dates. MEDVi's is a first-month price, welludr.'s a sale with no stated end, Fridays' an annual price with codes and Gala's an everyday price change.

What will you pay now and at renewal?

Embody and MEDVi state what you pay first. CoreAge Rx quotes a pay-in-full option; its first charge for other payment choices is not verified. For Fridays, Gala and welludr., the advertised figure is a monthly equivalent or a starting price, and the first bill is not confirmed.

A monthly equivalent is the upfront charge divided by the months it covers. It is not what you pay each month. We did not multiply any monthly figure into a yearly bill where the merchant did not state one.

Do you need a coupon code, and which states qualify?

Fridays’ recorded annual offers require the listed codes; check each row for what is confirmed about the other offers. State rules differ in kind: some limit where a price applies, others limit where a program treats patients.

CoreAge Rx

welludr. (WellMedr)
None verified. On October 29 the offer page said the prices apply at checkout.

Gala's announced $69 starting price does not apply in Arkansas, California, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia or Washington, D.C., where standard pricing applies. That list comes from the Katalys update and concerns price only. It does not mean Gala cannot treat you there.

Embody serves every state and D.C. except Louisiana. Fridays and MEDVi do not publish a full state list, and the CoreAge Rx and welludr. pages we read do not state one. Confirm your state during intake before you pay.

When do the offers start and end?

CoreAge Rx names an exact deadline. Embody gives a date without a time. The others state no end date.

Where a merchant names a deadline minute, this page switches that row to ended at that minute. Where it gives only a date, we show the date and do not guess the hour, so check Embody's page on the last day. We do not run countdowns, and an announced start is not shown as open until we confirm it.

What should you confirm before choosing a plan?

Get the bill, the commitment and the exit terms in writing before you pay.

Before you pay, confirm:

  • The exact medicine, its form and the pharmacy that fills it.
  • The amount charged today, and what it covers.
  • The next charge, its amount and its date.
  • How long you commit, and what happens if a clinician changes your dose.
  • How to cancel, the cancellation deadline and which refund terms apply.
  • That the program serves your state at the price you were quoted.

Most offers here are for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, and the FDA has published its concerns about unapproved GLP-1 drugs used for weight loss. Our compounded GLP-1 safety guide covers what to ask. A sale is not a reason to start or change treatment; that decision belongs to you and your prescriber.
