Most comparison sites will not publish the bottom of their own table. These are the 5 lowest current published scores in ours, each with the specific documented reason it sits there.
4 of these 5 are our own affiliate partners. We earn a commission when a reader signs up with them, and they keep the same published score anyway. Payment never moves a program up our rankings, and it does not move one off this page either.
Each entry names a comparable alternative: the closest-priced program that scores 7.0 or higher and at least two points above the one it replaces. Closest price, not cheapest and not highest-scoring, because swapping a $69 program for a $249 one is an upsell rather than an alternative. 3 of the 5 alternatives below pay us and 2 do not, which is what picking on price and score alone produces.
Brand pricing is the highest we track: on its pricing page Ozempic is $1,299 and Zepbound $1,399 per 4-week cycle, against NovoCare self-pay at $349, and neither brand qualifies for the longer-plan discounts the compounded products get

MEDGm answers the price question two ways. Its FAQ calls $179 an all-inclusive price covering your first month of medication, while the Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic cards on the same page read $99 or $171 membership plus a medication cost the site never publishes.

The GLP-1 page LivBody advertises tells you three times to 'Start Now at start.livbody.com' and that address does not load at all, so the only working way into the program is the 'GLP-1 Journey' link in the site's own top menu (checked 2026-09-03)

Trustpilot has withheld Trimi's star rating for a breach of its review guidelines and says it removed a number of fake reviews. Of the 62 reviews still shown there, 53 percent are one star, with recent ones citing ineffective medication and unanswered requests for a certificate of analysis (checked 2026-09-03)

Almost no independent review record. The Trustpilot profile, claimed in June 2026, carries 2 reviews at 3.8, so the '125k+ Happy Customers' banner on the homepage cannot be corroborated anywhere (checked 2026-09-03)

A low score is not an accusation of wrongdoing. It means the program was weaker than its peers on our five weighted dimensions at the last verification pass, most often on price transparency or published clinical detail. Scores change when the underlying facts change, in either direction.
