The lowest-rated GLP-1 programs we track, and why
Most comparison sites will not publish the bottom of their own table. These are the 5 lowest current published scores in ours, each with the specific documented reason it sits there.
4 of these 5 are our own affiliate partners. We earn a commission when a reader signs up with them, and they keep the same published score anyway. Payment never moves a program up our rankings, and it does not move one off this page either.
Each entry names a comparable alternative: the closest-priced program that scores 7.0 or higher and at least two points above the one it replaces. Closest price, not cheapest and not highest-scoring, because swapping a $69 program for a $249 one is an upsell rather than an alternative. 2 of the 5 alternatives below pay us and 3 do not, which is what picking on price and score alone produces.
- LivBody2.9/10 · from $179/mo
Pricing contradicts itself on the SAME page: landing cards say 'Starting at $179'/mo semaglutide and $279/mo tirzepatide, but the FAQ says the program 'starts at just $249/month'. Checkout is captcha-gated, so we could not resolve which number is real, confirm the actual price at checkout before paying
Consider instead: Bodybuilding Health+ (7.2/10 · from $179/mo), the closest-priced program scoring 7.0 or better.
No independent review record at all. The Trustpilot profile is claimed and shows zero reviews, so the '125k+ Happy Customers' homepage claim cannot be verified anywhere
Consider instead: Embody (7.3/10 · from $69/mo), the closest-priced program scoring 7.0 or better.
Trustpilot FELL from 4.6 earlier in 2026 to 3.4 across 71 reviews, ranking #62 of 70 in its category, recurring complaints cite account closures and withheld refunds
Consider instead: Mochi Health (7.7/10 · from $178/mo), the closest-priced program scoring 7.0 or better.
'Cancel anytime, no penalties' on the product pages is contradicted by the terms. Cancel a multi-month plan early and the months you already used are re-rated to the shortest plan that covers them, and you are billed the difference as a one-time charge. Their own worked example: leave a 12-month plan after three months and you are re-rated to the 3-month price
Consider instead: GobyMeds (8.4/10 · from $99/mo), the closest-priced program scoring 7.0 or better.
The $99.99/mo rate is introductory: standard dosing is $299.99/mo, with consultations billed separately at $28-35 and labs at $199-349/yr, so budget on the standard rate, not the intro
Consider instead: Noom Med (7.4/10 · $79 first month, then $199/mo), the closest-priced program scoring 7.0 or better.
A low score is not an accusation of wrongdoing. It means the program was weaker than its peers on our five weighted dimensions at the last verification pass, most often on price transparency or published clinical detail. Scores change when the underlying facts change, in either direction.
