Can I get a Zepbound savings card without insurance?
Yes, Lilly has a separate KwikPen self-pay savings program for eligible cash patients. It is different from the $25 insured copay offer. The cash program requires an on-label prescription, adult US or Puerto Rico residency, and agreement not to seek reimbursement or count the purchase toward insurance deductibles. Other terms and limits apply.
