Compounded semaglutide injection is $169/mo equivalent with $2,028 prepaid for 12 months. Its monthly plan is $179 for the first month with WELCOME120OFF, then $299. Tirzepatide injection and tablets have separate prices: compounded semaglutide tablets are $239/mo equivalent with $2,868 prepaid for 12 months. Brand-name membership and medication charges are separate; applicable taxes may add to the total.

  • Sesame runs three separate routes under one brand: the Success by Sesame weight loss subscription, EverydayRx for diabetes, and one-off visits from $34. Check which one you are signing up for before you pay.
  • The $59/mo Success by Sesame rate applies only on a 12-month commitment. The 3-month plan works out near $79/mo and the 6-month near $69/mo from the savings the FAQ publishes. For the $99 no-commitment plan, one FAQ says monthly and another says every 28 days. Confirm the interval and number of charges before budgeting for a year.
