GoodRx's current oral Wegovy page lists $149 for the 1.5 mg tablets, $199 for 4 mg and $299 for higher doses, plus $39/month for care. Those quotes total $188, $238 and $338 respectively. The $188 figure is a lowest-dose example, not a promise of the same price throughout treatment.
Ro lists the starting Wegovy pill dose at $149 plus membership. That example also totals $188 in the first month. With a $149 monthly membership renewal, the same medication quote would total $298; the medication bill can rise with dose. Ro's $74/month membership equivalent requires annual prepayment, so it is not a $74 monthly payment plan.

GoodRx explicitly says it is not insurance. Its prescription discounts and care subscription are separate from your health plan's coverage. Ro's insurance concierge currently lists the Wegovy pen, Zepbound autoinjector pen and Ozempic as supported coverage pathways; that does not mean every drug or form offered by Ro qualifies.
Insurance does not cover the Ro Body membership. Add that fee to any confirmed pharmacy copay when comparing costs. Eligibility and approval depend on the plan and treatment, so neither provider's advertised cash price guarantees your insured total.

Ro says the prescription copy in your account is for reference only and cannot be used to fill or transfer a prescription. Ask the care team to send the prescription to your chosen pharmacy; downloading the copy is not the same as completing that handoff.
