Only 3 of 54 GLP-1 programs publish a price you can rely on

Every comparison site in this category answers the price question with drug list prices. That is the wrong number: nobody buying a GLP-1 online pays the pharmacy counter price. They pay a telehealth program. So we checked what all 54 programs in our index actually advertise, and what each of those figures really covers.

3 of 54 publish a headline price where the provider itself documents that both the consultation and the delivery are included. Every other advertised number is an entry rate, a promotional rate, a membership that bills the drug separately, or a total we could not confirm.

This is not an accusation of dishonesty against any program listed below. It is how the category advertises, and the practice is legal and common. It does mean the number you see is usually not the number you pay, and that a table sorting everyone into one price column is comparing figures that are not comparable.

8 publish a total we could not confirm

The program advertises a monthly figure, but its own published terms do not let us confirm what that figure covers. We publish the number it advertises and label it rather than treating it as an all-in price.

3 charge a membership that excludes the medication

The advertised fee buys the clinician and the platform. The drug is billed separately, often through insurance or a pharmacy of the provider's choosing, so the real monthly cost is unknown until you are inside.

1 bill the medication on top of a program fee

Two charges, one advertised.

5 advertise a first-month rate that rises

The headline is a promotion. The second month costs more, in some cases several times more, and the step is rarely on the same screen as the price.

33 advertise a "from" price

An entry tier: the lowest dose, the longest prepaid commitment, or one specific medication. It is a real price that few people actually pay.

4 publish one ongoing monthly rate

A single recurring number with no commitment ladder underneath it.

How we classified each price

A program counts as publishing a reliable price only when its own materials state that the consultation and the delivery are included. An omitted fee is not evidence that the fee does not exist, so a silent record is not counted as all-in. That single rule is why the headline number is 3 rather than the 4 programs that merely advertise one recurring rate.

30 of the 54 carry a dated price check, most recently 2026-08-15. Classifications are recomputed from our provider records every time the site builds, so this page moves when a program changes its pricing rather than describing a moment that has passed.

We take no payment for placement in any category above, and payment never moves a program between them. See the scoring methodology and our editorial policy.
